A person (called an entrepreneur) who organizes and manages any enterprise, especially a business, usually with considerable initiative and risk, is said to be involved in entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurship is a person´s attitude and aptitude that allows him/her to face new challenges or projects which make them exceed a limit that has already being achieved.
