Also known as economic or speculative bubble specifically in financial markets. It is a phenomenon that occurs in markets caused by the continual increase of the price of a good or asset, remaining well above its value.

Depending on the market in which they occur are few other names, being one of the most popular known as the real state bubble. This effect may continue for months or even years, until there is a sharp decline in prices, or when the bubble “bursts” and its consequences are highly damaging and unforeseen.
